Handmade Honey

Kathleen Lewis has created a line of bath and body products
that combines traditional formulae and natural ingredients
with a modern aesthetic. She hand-makes, hand-pours, and
hand-packages her bath and body products in small batches.
 I
fell madly in love with her Honey Dream Cream
(pictured),
which contains aloe, beeswax, honey and almond and coconut
oils, and which leaves my skin as soft as butter ($22 for
4oz).
Lewis’s
lightly scented honey products are available in a Body Lotion
($20 for 8 oz), Bath and Body Oil ($20 for 4.oz),
and Bar Soap
($9 for 4 oz)
My sensitive skin loves all of
Lewis’s products; the ingredients are simple and pure, and
contain high percentages of soothing aloe vera. The line,
packaged in tasteful glass jars, would make beautiful gifts
and enhance anyone’s bathroom shelf.
With the exception of the Honey Dream Cream, Lewis' products are available in a number
of non-honey scents: lavender, verbena, sage, narcissus and
"good plain" (unscented). Lewis also makes a face treatment
